Roman Kesselman - Attorney at Law

The principal attorney and founder of Kesselman Law Firm, Roman Kesselman, has been practicing law since 2004. He graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1996 and went on to get his Degree in Jurisprudence from the Willamette College of Law in Salem, OR, graduating in 2004. He has represented hundreds of clients in State and Federal District Courts in Washington State, Immigration Courts in various states, the Board of Immigration Appeals and The 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. His primary focus is on Immigration and Naturalization, Removal Defense in Immigration Courts, Immigration Appeals and Personal Injury cases.

Mr. Kesselman is a Member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is fluent in Russian and, when he gets a little bit of time, enjoys being with his wife and two kids, whether staying home or traveling to various kid friendly destinations.
